Let’s get started

It can feel overwhelming to find a therapist and begin the therapy process. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help potential clients get started. Phone consultations are an opportunity to share what you’re seeking counseling for, ask any questions about therapy, and discuss how to get started as a client. Complete the form below to schedule your free consultation or to ask any questions. I will reach out within 24 hours. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Emergency Resources

Please note that I am not an emergency provider. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or 988 (the suicide and crisis lifeline, available 24/7), or go to the nearest emergency room. I strive to reply to emails and phone calls within the same day or within 24 hours. For anything that comes in after 5pm during the weekdays, I typically respond the following day. While I care greatly about my clients, I cannot guarantee that I will always be available in the case of an emergency. The following resources can be helpful in crisis situations or when needed:

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline - call or text 988 or visit https://988lifeline.org/, available 24/7.

Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas (DFW) - suicide crisis hotline call 214-828-1000, available 24/7.
